Dr. C. Tom Smith the Medical Director of the International Clinic of Biological
Regeneration. He has earned degrees of MD, PhD, HMD, D Hom (Med). Dr.
Smith is registered to practice in the United Kingdom, the British
Commonwealth and most countries in Europe.
The International Clinic of Biological Regeneration, (ICBR) is a leading
international cell therapy center that has been in continuous operation since
1981. During this time, Dr. Smith has constantly improved the therapeutic results
of the treatment by selecting newer, safer and more effective formulations as
developed by leading European research centers.
One of the more dramatic of these developments, currently being utilized in the
treatment at ICBR, is that of the outstanding Cytobiopharm GmbH, Walldorf,
Germany. These are the developers of the Organ Ultrafiltrates, i.e.
organ-specific preparations which are composed of submicroscopic cellular
particles of embryonic/fetal sheep cells, which are approximately three
nanometers in diameter.
This incredibly small size represents approximately 1/9th the diameter of a very,
very small virus, 27 nanometers being the smallest virus yet observed by
electromicroscopy. Since the largest particles of the preparation are much, much
smaller than any protein molecule, the standardized molecular weight being
expressed in 10,000 D (Dalton), which is a free protein, and is so classified by
the German Ministry of Health. The important significance of being non-protein
becomes immediately obvious, because there is no danger of a foreign protein
reaction, as may occur with "live cell" therapy, or other types of
protein-containing preparations.
Various combinations of organ-specific preparations are formulated to
biologically balance and compliment entire body systems, e.g. central nervous
system, endocrine system, major organ complex and immune system. There are
numerous other combinations, including various connective tissue preparations.
Additionally, an omnigenic preparation (i.e. whole embryo) is administered to
complete a whole-body (wholistic) synergistic response.
Administered concurrently with other preparations are complexes of free radical
scavengers, e.g. glutathione peroxidase, reductase and transferase, also
superoxide dismutase, aminases, phosphorylases and peptidases. Free radical
scavengers neutralize, or "zap," free radicals which have become affixed to the
cell's genetic coding mechanism at the fragility points along the genes, which are
the hereditary determiners passed along through mitotic division of cells. At
such time that the free radicals are neutralized, or "zapped," by the scavenger,
the cell's genes have been regenerated, and normal transmission of genetic
information is allowed to be correctly transmitted in cell duplication.
Then to complete the regenerative process, a special placenta preparation which
contains a significant quantity of juvenile hormone, inherent to placental tissue, is
administered for the purpose of establishing an enhanced cell division rate
consistent with a younger biological age.
Following the treatment, specific recommendations are made concerning
nutritional support for the regenerative process, significant research
demonstrates that folic acid, a B-complex vitamin, and the retinoid-receptor,
beta carotene are the most important fragile site protectors.
Additionally, vitamins E and C, as well as the entire B-complex, along with
various minerals are recommended to support the biochemical cycle of life
(Kreb's Cycle), generating energy for life processes.
Beyond these supplements intended to compliment the regenerative process,
other, more specific, recommendation may be made on an individual basis.
This entire described process of regenerative cellular therapy, as specifically
designed by Dr. Smith, thereby, allows the person to actually become
biologically younger while getting chronologically older.
